Refund Policy

- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Eligible Items:
- Certain items are non-refundable, including personalized or custom-made products, and items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

How to Request a Refund:
1. Contact Us:Send us an email at threestareyewear@gmail.com with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
3. Ship the Item: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the RAN. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refund Processing:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days .

Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
