## Return Period

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

*   Items must be free from scratches, wear, damage, or any alterations.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

### Product Issues

If the item received is:

*   Damaged
*   Defective
*   Incorrect (item does not match order)

We will provide a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

## Exchanges

We accept exchanges in the following cases:
